Philippe Starck has gone a little silly with his new collection, although (no worries) he hasn't completely abandoned his usual sense of style in the process. Launched in collaboration with David Sutherland the collection is called RobinWood and is inspired by (you guessed it) the legend of Robin Hood.

With names like "The Lil' John" chair, "The Loxley" canopy bed, and "The King Richard" dining table, Starck is making good on his statement "humor is a sign of intelligence. It should be everywhere." The pieces represent Starck's first outdoor line of furniture and range in price from $1650 to $2350.

After many observations in nature, French designer and lansdcape expert Patrick Blanc has created and developed a new way to grow plants without any soil.

This new technique allows Blanc to creat a vertical garden indoor or outdoors, no matter where in the world the project is developed.

Some of the advantages of this brand new ultra-trendy way of vertical gardening are that the vertical vegetal wall works as a sound and heat isolation, with its side collateral advantages, such as evinronmental friendly, 100% ecological, pollution free, etc...

In addition to the above, Patrick Blanc chooses carefully each one of the vegrtal species that are going to be used in any of his projects according to the climatic conditions and the local species in order to preserve and minimise any environmental impact.

We have seen so many designer beds with built-in TV that can hide away when not-in-use! But nothig can be compared to this multifunctional chaise-Longue called Wave Chaise.

She designed this concept especially for tech-savvy teenagers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t drool over it  The Wave Chaise is equipped with a TV, DVD and a music system along with a computer desk in its front.

This piece of furniture should be sold worldwide, because it is a space saver, as well as a very nice furniture.
